And because they Plugin, your users are never taken to another site! Unlike most subscription programmed features, your users always stay on your site, no matter which service they use. And because they are customizable, you can make them closely resemble your own pages.
For administration, each Web Service comes with a built-in Admin area and management that allows you to create your own admin user account, plus admin user accounts for your employees, so anyone you authorize can manage your Web Service subscription and features.
We have the following Web Services ready for use right now:
- Content Management System (CMS01) - This system allows you to enter content for up to 100 pages on your site, with ten separate text areas per page. Plus, you can upload images that can appear in your pages, and you also have areas for Meta tags, your page title, and a special name for each page. And you can use HTML in your content if you like!
- Email Newsletter Manager (ENM01) - This system allows you to create plain text and HTML newsletters, add attachments to them, and send them. You can also add your list of email addresses, and organize them into groups. You can send up to 10,000 emails per month (500 at a time). And it comes with a subscription page (or box) so you can capture email addresses from your visitors and send them your newsletters. Plus, you can set your Newsletters to display in Archive format on a separate page on your Website.
- Calendar (Calendar01)- This system allows you to display a Calendar on your Website, with links to PRevious and Next months. You can add events by date, and the events will automatically show up on the Calendar. Plus, you can add HTML and text for the description of the Event, so when the event on the Calendar is clicked, your users will view the entire Description.
- File Storage and Distribution System (File01) - This system allows you to upload moderatelky sized files (up to 1 MB) into the Servata database, and then allow your users to download those files. It's good for Word docs, Spreadsheets, Pictures, any file type you want. Plus, you can assign access levels, so if you want certain files reserved only for employees, you can do that.
